Day 4 Awwwwww shiiiiiiiit

I stayed on plan today.  Ran 3 miles in 27+min, burned 700+ calories, drank my water, and lost 3.3lbs. this week.

BUT let's talk about healthy eating and my very favorite thing....
SHIT!

Many things can happen  to your shit when you eat healthy and exercise vigorously.

1.  Your shit could get bound up.
2.  Your shit could get too loose.
3.  Your shit schedule can get "off" i.e. shitting at strange times.
4.  Your shit can look weird.
5.  Your shit can smell fucking awful (damn veggies)
6.  Wiping your shitty ass becomes a part time job.

I know that SOME people say that when you eat healthy, your shit comes out and you shouldn't even have to wipe it because you are eating so well.  Apparently your body likes healthy food and will reward you for it by producing "clean shit".  Whoever said that is. a. fucking. LIAR!  The healthier I get the less satisfying my shits become.  I always need a little "push".

The answer?  Metamucil.  AKA Shit Juice.  I've tried "cleanses" and drinking more water, but sugar free Metamucil is the SHIT!
