Everything in moderation???? WTF

Holla!

One day of super clean eating and I already SCREAMED at my family for being messy pigs.  Ugh!  Serenity NOW! 
"Will you PLEASE, CLEAN UP YOUR SHIT?"
I dunked today and got my weight and body fat percentage.  It's up from the end of last challenge.  Not devastatingly so BUT it just goes to show ME how quickly I can pack on those pounds.  

I am a hair under 5'7" (5' 6 3/4")

GOALS:  I will weigh between 125-130 lbs
                 I will lower my body fat to 12%
                 I will gain some/ANY muscle 
                 I will get a belly button ring
                 I will focus on my abs, ass, and legs and give them extra love.
                   

Being consistent and keeping weight off has always been a struggle for me.  Losing the weight, once I get in the zone, is doable.  Keeping it off....arrrrrrrrrrrg!

I'm not mad at myself.  I accept everything I ate and drank.  It is what it is.  I still feel like I look pretty good but I am absolutely NOT in bikini ready shape.  

Everyone says, "You have to make a LIFESTYLE change."  NO SHIT, SHERLOCK.  But it becomes difficult when you A) like to eat delicious food B) like adult beverages and C) are a black and white character.  I have always had difficulty dealing with the grey areas in life.  EVERYTHING IN MODERATION.  If I was good at moderation, I wouldn't be dealing with my weight.
 
NO......SHIT!

Meals for this challenge will be....
Breakfast-protein and carbs (egg whites, oatmeal, granola, berries, turkey bacon)
Snacks (2-3 a day)-protein and sometimes carbs (raw almonds, protein shakes, chicken, apples with almond butter)
Lunch-protein and carbs (chicken, tuna, turkey with veggies and sometimes yams, quinoa, brown rice)
Dinner-protein and veggies

This is it!  I'm going to try to eat "cleaner" but I will still have some processed foods. I feel like I don't have enough time to create seasonings, salsa, etc. from scratch.  I really want to try to incorporate some of this in the summer.  Preservatives scare me but not enough to cut them all out.  Little by little.  I'm cutting that shit out.....IN MODERATION!

After the challenge, I am getting a belly button ring and these booty shorts!
