I'm NOT dunking this weekend. I've decided to sign up for Wed. or Thurs. of this week, and then it's ON, like Donkey Kong! My grand plan of losing 8-10lbs before the challenge did NOT happen. So far, I've lost 4. That's fine. Not worried about it because I've been working out hard. As soon as I clean up my eating totally (no wine and NO sugar), I'll start to see changes! I've got 90 days to pull this shit out. I bought two hot bikinis for the end of the challenge. I'm waiting for them to arrive.
Shit!!! It's so fucking on right now.
Not gonna lie. I'm going to eat a few yummy things before I dunk. I'm going to be on point all meals with one or two small cheats.
This week was not fabulous. Because I didn't meal prep, the whole week was off. I was really scrambling. Forgot my lunch, twice. Yesterday, I had a spoonful of PB for lunch. By the end of the day I was crabby and STARVING.

Here is my list. I'm doing laundry and am going to run out to the store today. Not going to scramble this week.
I'm so excited to start lifting free weights! My friend, Katie is showing me how to do it properly tomorrow! Seriously STOKED! I'm going to look good in my skinny jeans! Skinny jeans are NOT for everyone!
