Day 6 Owwwwwwwieeeeeeee

I was up at 4:15 today. Hellllooooooo, dumb body.  It's the weekend, you can sleep in.  But alas.......I was up.  I tried cuddling up, I tried reading, I tried lying there.  NOPE.  UP.  Coffee, poop, water, Quest bar (just because I didn't want to rattle pans around and wake the whole house. My house is 1,200 sq. ft.  I can hear my husband fart from the living room when I'm in the bedroom.  Fo' reals).

I was scared shit to do my VERY FIRST PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION ever. I was right to be scared.  FUCK ME, it was hard.

Annie:  Pick up the 25lb. weights.
In my head:  FUCK!  I know we are running.  I can barely do 20's.  Shit.  I can't do 25's. 
Me outloud:  OK

We proceeded to bear crawl up the hill with the weights, do burpees + curl and press with the weights, and do hill sprints with the weights.  Not even 10 minutes into the workout and I was dying.  Those weights were WAY outside my comfort zone.
It's steeper than it looks.  Especially with sprinting with 50lbs. in your hands.

Then onto tire flipping, squatting, medicine ball smashing, and pushing that metal thing.  I don't know its name (black widow...that's what it's called).  Me, the dumb ass, jumped right in with the tire flip and hurt my back.  Form is everything and I done fucked it up.

I'm icing it as we speak.  It's not horrible but it hurts.  I'm hoping to make it to hot yoga tomorrow but I might just have to take the day off.  Better safe than sorry.

Then into the hot room for squats, planks, push ups, wall sits, abs.  Needless to say....I'm done.

Met with Annie after class to discuss my meal plan.  Since she's read my meals on this blog, it was quick and easy.

 To add:
  1. BCAA for before and after my workouts.  Just ordered fruit punch flavor through Amazon Prime.  Should be here tomorrow/Monday...free delivery.  Done.
  2. Try tilapia again......ugh.  Going shopping tomorrow.  I will try.  I fucking HATE fish, but I will try. 
  3. Water with lemon in the morning and at night.
To subtract:
  1. No cashews.  Raw almonds in moderation.
  2. No jars of salsa.  She told me I can try the salsa fresca in the plastic containers but it's better to make it.  I wonder if I can buy fresh salsa from Tresierras market???  Cuz I'm NOT making it.
  3. No cans of any kind of beans or corn.  (booooo)
That's it.  Everything else looks OK.  I can keep my coffee!!! Yum, yum, yum!!!

I'm finishing up the food that I made last week.  
Preworkout-Quest bar
Breakfast-egg whites, extra spinach, asparagus
Lunch- Steak chili, small green apple
Snack-tuna, sriracha, mustard, onion, pickle, jalapenos
DInner-whatever we have left over.

Tomorrow:  clean out the fridge, make a meal plan for the week, shop accordingly.

Ummmmmm, NO, not even close.

WHAT THE FUCK??  These people do NOT go to my gym.
