Breakfast- 2 eggs scrambled with a few dashes of Tapatio. 1/2 banana. 1/4 cup strawberries
Sometimes I just want plain eggs with no fucking vegetables in them. Today was that kind of day.
Snack-Quest Bar
Lunch- grilled chicken, brussel sprouts, green beans, 1/3 cup of brown rice
Snack- Protein Shake
Dinner-turkey taco meat with a side of brussel sprouts and Trader Joe's Sriracha. BTW, TJ's sriracha sucks balls! Hate it.
Snack-I don't think I can manage one tonight. I'm full and tired.
I'm TRYING to pound my water right now. It's a tough one today. In the next two hours, I plan on drinking 60 oz of water. -_- For reals. Hold on, let me chug..........just got 16oz down in seconds. I KNEW beer bonging in college would prepare me for real life.

I'm setting out my workout clothes for the morning and I'm about to take a bath, get in my snuggley jammies, and watch crap TV. Shitty days happen. I'm still learning not to STUFF the yucky feelings down. I'm trying to embrace the crap so I then can appreciate the good. Plus, I'm kinda psycho when I'm eating healthy food anyway. Sucks for my family.
