Day 2/3 Harry Potter Socks Make Every Workout AWESOME

Day 2 Gotta buckle down for the looooooooong haul.  I ate clean for three days....am I skinny yet?
Instant gratification!!  NOT my friend.

Yesterday I had a ridiculous workout thanks to Joanna at my gym.  She called it a METABOLIC CARDIO WORKOUT.  I called it fucking HARD.

Here is what we did during the last 30 minutes.
3 min jump rope
20 push ups
20 jump lunges
20 mountain climbers
20 leg raises
20 burpees

Repeat that fucking shit 4x.  Keep the 3 min jump rope but with each round reduce the push ups etc. by 5.  So round # 2 has 15 of all those exercises.  Round #3 has 10, Round # 4 has 5.  Think that's easy????  OMFG.  I thought I was going to DIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEE!
THANK GOODNESS for my Harry Potter socks, my new shoes, and my new list of measurements!  I am not proud.  
Yikes!  Those hips don't LIE!!!!!!!!

Saturday Workout! NOT gonna lie!  I have felt like SHIT all day.  I worked out too hard today.  I'm drinking water, trying to hydrate, and I'm going to my barre class tomorrow.  I need a cardio break!

Literally how I look after workouts.  Not figuratively....LITERALLY.
So I saw my friends doing "extra abs" today and I thought, "THAT IS FUCKING BRILLIANT. I need to get ON that shit."  But I like "programs".  So here is a buns, guns, and ab 30 day challenge. I'm starting this tomorrow.
