Yes, 3;45am. Everybody is sleeping. It's the ONLY time in the day that belongs to me. It's my first workout in a week due to illness. I'm frickin SKERD .
I drink coffee pre-workout. I don't eat or do a pre-workout drink. I know a lot of people would suggest such things but I just can't put MUCH in my stomach AND do a Bootcamp in the A.M. I would feel nauseous!
